Payment Options / Paperless Billing
Paperless billing: Select the green paperless billing option below and you will create an account that includes the email you wish the bill to be sent. If you already have an account, you will log in and select the green “View Account/Pay” tab. Then you will select the orange “E-billing” tab.

Bank Draft: An additional option for making payments is ACH. Complete the form below to authorize ACH payments. The payment will be withdrawn from a checking or savings account. This form may be returned with your EORWA payment in order to get the process started.

Payment Kiosk: Available 7am to 2:45pm Monday -Friday (Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Kiosk does not give cash back.
In-person: At the Utility Office using cash, check, or credit card. (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover)
After-hours: A 24-hour drop box is available at the front entrance on 6000 North Guernsey Street, Bellaire, Ohio for payments via check or money order.
Mail: Mail check or money order to above address.
Not responsible for mail delivery: Failure to receive a bill or sending payment of bill does not waive penalties or charges against a customer’s account if not received by date due.
Late Fees
Payments received after the due dates are subject to a 15% penalty. Failure to receive bill does not waive penalty. Late fees are 15% of the unpaid balance. Eastern Ohio Regional Wastewater Authority has the right to place a tax lien against any property due to an unpaid sewer balance.
